We advocate sharing and learning with Peers in a confidential environment. An opportunity to hear new ideas, discuss old ones and enjoy robust debate with a handful of senior HR leaders. You tell us what the important topics are. Our objective is for you take away at least one new perspective that enables you to make progress on an important subject.
We run a few of these a year. It does require a time commitment and it does mean spending money but the investment can payback many times over. We offer you access to credible respected experts who stimulate a discussion with you and your peers. No-one is allowed to sell you things or use more than a handful of slides. This is ‘pure networking’, sharing and learning whilst broadening your external network.
Experienced HR Leaders and specialists, namely HRDs, Heads of HR, HR Business Partners for a significant business unit and COE experts in the topic under discussion. Ultimately it will be both the HR function which benefits as ideas and practice are translated into action and the participant who adds to their personal and professional network.
Time to explore a hot or emerging topic, as identified by our networkers as a key business / people priority. An opportunity to be stimulated and provoked by genuine thought leaders in their field such as Adrian Furnham, David Clutterbuck, Peter Cheese, David McLeod and Wendy Hirsh. Sharing of profound opinions, ideas and perspectives with your peers in an intimate and informal setting. The space and safety for high-quality think-time. The means to develop new professional relationships and a proven network which can help you a solve a particular problem in your company or when you are considering a new role.
Our 24 hour events (4.00pm start on day 1 and 3.00pm finish on day 2) include an informal dinner together deliberately designed to add a social connection to the debate and exchange. Our single day events run from 9:30am until 4:30pm and include lunch.
Participants limited to no more than 20 to enable quality dialogue, lightly facilitated by Oxen Park who encourage the participants to shape the event themselves. The diversity of HR leaders who do attend by definition opens up new possibilities for all. Our meetings usually hosted by a participant.
