Background to Oxen Park

Oxen Park was created in 2006 by Geoff, Ivan and Rick three vastly experienced business and HR leaders who have known each other for nearly 20 years. Our business is named after the small hamlet in the Lake District where we turned an idea into a business plan. Tom and Janice joined our team in 2017, followed by both of our Claire's in 2018. Our team is completed by and complimented by Sarah and Dani who help look after our clients and resources.

We have all had varied careers in organisations of different sizes and sectors; we have each been successful and struggled in equal measure but above all we have learned lots including sticking to our values and our principles; it is these that guide us now.
